Operations and Administration Manager

Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
Our client is a local F&B chain store.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and formulate strategies to achieve financial objectives, overall service performance and maximise business result.
  • Review company structure and policies to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure the procedures and workflows of the restaurants align with the company standard and comply with local regulations, especially when handling food safety & product quality.
  • Supervise shop operations from the management view and suggest improvements.
  • Manage human resources such as recruiting and staff development.
  • Conduct cost analysis and procurement procedures such as review contracts, bids, proposals & vendor agreement.
  • Monitor regular administration duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Over 3 years management experience in Food and Beverages Industry. 
  • Experience in managing food chains or central kitchens is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
