Sales and Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific

Kwai Chung, Hong Kong
Our client is a larger group of watch manufacturers and distributors for famous timepieces.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Directly report to director;
  • Plan and develop overall sales and marketing strategy and execute sales plan to deliver company’s objectives;
  • Explore APAC market by identifying new business opportunities and sales channels with effective sales strategies to achieve sales target, business growth and increase brand visibility;
  • Search for appropriate locations for new retail shops or sales channel in APAC;
  • Develop sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales, product launch and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends;
  • Prepare related reports, annual financial budget, P & L analysis, set up commission scheme to achieve sales goal;
  • Support and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business and build up the brand image & equity;
  • Develop marketing materials and execute the retail sales promotions;
  • Provide regular market analysis and reports, including regional market capacity, demand changes, industry dynamics, competition, and customer feedback;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business or any related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Asia Pacific.
  • Experienced in handling watch, high fashion and jewelry industry is definitely an advantage.
  • Multilevel marketing know-how, sales, retail and business development.
  • Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of market trends; knowledge of various retail sales and media channel in APAC market.
  • Able to inspire, lead and manage the team to implement sales & marketing strategies effectively.
  • Possess a can do attitude with strong initiative, able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
  • Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
  • Occasional travel is required.
