Product Trainer

Mongkok, Hong Kong
Our client is a leading High-tech consumer electronic products company.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Provide training to customer.
  • Provide product support / trouble shooting to customer.
  • Develop and implement as effective customer service strategies.
  • Carry out any duties to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • University graduate.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in telecom or consumer electronic industry.
  • Customer-focus, initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  
  • Immediate Available is preferred.
