Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide training to customer.
- Provide product support / trouble shooting to customer.
- Develop and implement as effective customer service strategies.
- Carry out any duties to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- University graduate.
- Minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in telecom or consumer electronic industry.
- Customer-focus, initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate Available is preferred.
