Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the new ERP system implementation.
- Timely and accurate management reporting.
- Effective credit control and debt collection.
- Capital expenditure evaluation.
- Manage cash flow and company assets.
- Inventory management i.e. minimize and control working capital.
- Implement feasible measures to improve financial objective.
- Monitor the business and financial performance of the group and subsidiaries (group daily cash flow, cash forecast, profit forecast).
- To assist in financial evaluation and strategic decisions.
- Draft regulations, operational rules, procedures, including consultation and policy papers.
- Tax planning.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines, with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications.
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience sizable company.
- Experience in ERP system implementation.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in company secretarial and regulatory compliance services is preferred.
