Our client is an international commercial bank.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, modify and improve the complete filing system of the department.
- Scan and read the documents for proper filing.
- Sort out and classify the information according the set guidelines of filing system.
- Track documents removed from the file.
- Design forms related to the filing system.
- Designing system for document retrieval.
- Assess the customer applications and determine their credit worthiness including a range of criteria like application purpose, credit viability, payment history etc.
- Collect and review post lending report from front office departments.
- Draft reports, forms required to be submitted to the regulators and head office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
- Over 1 year administrative support experience is preferred.
- Attentive, detail-oriented and work independent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Mandarin/Putonghua is a MUST.
- Station in Dubai.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
