Assistant Credit Manager

Our client is an international commercial bank.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, modify and improve the complete filing system of the department.
  • Scan and read the documents for proper filing.
  • Sort out and classify the information according the set guidelines of filing system.
  • Track documents removed from the file.
  • Design forms related to the filing system.
  • Designing system for document retrieval.
  • Assess the customer applications and determine their credit worthiness including a range of criteria like application purpose, credit viability, payment history etc.
  • Collect and review post lending report from front office departments.
  • Draft reports, forms required to be submitted to the regulators and head office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
  • Over 1 year administrative support experience is preferred.
  • Attentive, detail-oriented and work independent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Mandarin/Putonghua is a MUST.
  • Station in Dubai.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
