They offer a complete scope of construction services ranging from interior fit-out and refurbishment to out of the ground construction in Commercial, Manufacturing, Hotel & Hospitality, High Technology and Retail sectors of industry.
 

Quantity Surveyor 

• Preparing the Budget Cost or Tender for submission.
• Preparation of the Cost Plan.
• Preparation of Tender packages for Sub-Contractor pricing.
• Responding to Sub- Contractor questions during the tendering stage.
• Analysing tender returns for completeness and compliance with documents.
• Assisting the Commercial Manager procuring the Sub-Contractors and material suppliers.
• Certify Sub-contractor payment’s and Prepare Interim Payment Application to Client.
• Analysis of Variation Cost is submitted by the Sub-contractor’s and preparing & issuing variation cost to the Client.
• Preparation of the Project Final Account.
• Collect and update market prices for material and labour cost, for database to be kept up to date.

 
Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building/ Construction or related discipline.
• 3-5 years or above relevant experience in Fitting out Projects in Main Contractor/ Sub-contractor firms
• Corporate office fitting-out experience preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Immediate Available will be advantage.
