Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

Wanchai, Hong Kong
Our client is a leading Electronic Consumer product Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Agencies co-ordination on production time, shippment and logistic related arrangement 
  • Supporting channel marketing team on program launch, POSM operational supports and executions
  • Assist display quality check from agencies samples and in the market
  • Internal administration back-up (systems processing & submission)
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Attentive, detail-oriented and work independent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
