Project Officer (6-month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative and secretariat support to BioMedical Technology (BMT) cluster
- Assist the whole range of work or ad hoc projects undertaken by the BMT cluster
- Plan, coordinate and organize meeting and activities
- Prepare meeting agendas and papers as well as presentation, attend meetings and take minutes and maintain record of papers and documents.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders of the BMT cluster, including but not limited to academia, researchers, and business clients
- Take charge of project management from planning to implementation stages including budgeting and promotion (e.g. preparation and development of marketing collaterals)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Over 8 years sales experience with 5 years experience in sales management.
- Demonstrated success in B to B selling roles.
- Sales experience in transportation sales preferred.
- Proven experience in sales planning, sales proposals and selling the value proposition to appropriate level customers essential is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
