Our client is Sizable Science and Technology Company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of full spectrum of C&B functions and ensure the processes are in compliance with relevant ordinances and company policies
- Responsible for the payroll and benefits administration
- Keep abreast of the latest market salary trend and conduct the market analysis, as well as participate in the remuneration survey to ensure the competitiveness of the staff benefits in the market
- Responsible for the preparation and control of manpower cost budget and identify anomalies for management review
- Assist in the formulation, review and implementation of C&B policies and procedures
- Assist in the enhancement and development of HR information system to streamline the work processes enhancing operational efficiency
- Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:-
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplinesMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience in human resources management, preferably in MNC or sizable organization
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiated and able to work independently
- Organized, attention to details, have strong mathematical sense and analytical mind
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other employment related legislations
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
