Our client is an English Learning Centre for children from pre-nursery to lower secondary levels.
Customer Service & Administrative Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support frontline operation at reception (e.g. centre day-to-day operation, enquiries, student registration).
- Manage class schedule, placement process, student-record database and other student related activities.
- Manage communication and relationships with parents.
- Provide operational support to staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and enjoy working with parents and foreigners.
- Detailed-oriented, have an mindset for operations flow.
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized.
- Team player, able to work under pressure and mult-task.
- Proficient in MS office, excel in particular.
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese.
- F.7 or above with diploma.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Immediately available and relevant field experience is preferred.
