Our client is an English Learning Centre for children from pre-nursery to lower secondary levels.
 
Customer Service & Administrative Officer
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support frontline operation at reception (e.g. centre day-to-day operation, enquiries, student registration).
  • Manage class schedule, placement process, student-record database and other student related activities.
  • Manage communication and relationships with parents.
  • Provide operational support to staff.
  
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and enjoy working with parents and foreigners.
  • Detailed-oriented, have an mindset for operations flow.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and mult-task.
  • Proficient in MS office, excel in particular.
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • F.7 or above with diploma.
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Immediately available and relevant field experience is preferred.
