Temporary Officer, Industries & Collaboration

They also offer value added services and comprehensive incubation programmes for technology start-ups to accelerate their growth.
 
Temporary Officer, Industries & Collaboration (6 months Contract)
 
Responsibilities:-
  • Assist in planning and managing high-quality public and business events to achieve the Corporate objectives
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials (e.g. collateral, leaflets, posters and exhibition panels) from drafting of contents, layout to printing stage
  • Assist in exhibition logistics management from planning to implementation stage including budgeting, promotion, booth design, display content development and outpour, onsite survey and post-event reporting
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
 
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing and communication
  • Proven track record in professional and effective marketing materials development and event coordination and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in computer graphics and multimedia software is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail- oriented, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
