Our client is a new develop non-profit organization.
 
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising and development initiatives to support our work in saving Pet Dogs.
• To assist in dealing with matters relating to public affairs for both the organization and the director.
• Assist in project management of major works projects of an Animals NGO.
• Conduct project planning and draw up implementation details.
• Work out arrangements in collaboration with the implementation partners.
• Ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Monitor and review the implementation, effectiveness of the projects and prepare related documents including reports and proposal etc.
• Support and coordinate with internal teams for planning, organizing and execution of various events as well as marketing and communications initiatives.
• Build and manage the organisation’s online presence, including websites and social media.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder.
• Experience in project planning / development / administration.
• Experience in develop a newly start NGO.
• Have to have passion for animals and animal’s rights.
• Love Animals and willing to help expand and develop the NGO.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Preparation of funding proposal and solicitation of funding or related matters will be of an advantage
• Good communications and problem solving skills and self-motivated.
• Good command both in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
