Assistant General Manager, Sales & Project Management

Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
Our client is a leading company in EMS business of high-tech electronics products.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring a project team
  • Supervising staff to make sure some workflow systems are strictly followed.
  • Motivating project team members and improve their efficiency.
  • Planning and taking care of daily project activities, monitoring progress.
  • Analyzing market and customer status and forecast order from customers.
  • Reporting sales turnover and formulating price strategy.
  • Coordinating with supporting departments to serve customers demand.
  • Driving their company internally to enhance quality and efficiency for customer expectations.
  • Communicating with customers in HK, PRC and overseas, to build up and enhance long term relationships.
  • Working with departments of PRC plant in Dongguan. Travelling is required based on project necessity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management /Engineering.
  • Over 10 years Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience in leading a sales & project team to work with customers.
  • Good knowledge of high-tech electronics products.
  • All rounded management skills to lead the team to work with customers satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediate Available is preferred.
