HR & Accounting Officer (5-day work)

Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Our client is a Leading Trendy Toys Trading & Manufacturing Company
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounting books.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statement.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Provide support in HR duties, particularly in recruitment, interview coordination.
  • Perform administrative and office support activities.
  • Ad hoc work as requested.
 
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years Accounting and HR experience.
  • Good knowledge in PC and well versed in EXCEL; Familiar with MS office, accounting software and Chinese Word processing.
  • Good interpersonal skill, hard-working, initiative and willing to take responsibility.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and be self motivated.
  • Good communication skills and speaks English & Putonghua.
