Our client is a leading Logistics Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for prepare invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt.
  • Arrange cheque payment and collection.
  • Prepare monthly report.
  • Responsible for tenancy matter and prepare tenancy arrangement.
  • Handling the record of miscellaneous charges.
  • Handing small claims if any.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate.
  • 3 years or above relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Peachtree or other accounting applcations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Fluent Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivate, good interpersonal skill, independent with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
