Our client is a leading Logistics Company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prepare invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt.
- Arrange cheque payment and collection.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Responsible for tenancy matter and prepare tenancy arrangement.
- Handling the record of miscellaneous charges.
- Handing small claims if any.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate.
- 3 years or above relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Peachtree or other accounting applcations is an advantage.
- Proficiency PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivate, good interpersonal skill, independent with strong sense of responsibility.
- Immediate available is preferable.
