Call Centre Associate (1-year renewable contract)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate B2B customer service orders and arrange on-site support
- Handle customer claims and suggestions
- Work with in-house engineers and appointed service partner to provide professional service to customers
- Manage Channels / Shops repairing and installation service orders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
