Our client is a leading supplier of mold prevention packaging material for products of the shoe, apparel, bag and accessories industries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales order processing and follow-up;
- Prepare sales contract, invoice and related documents ;
- Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery ;
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by Senior Sales Coordinator / Manager.
Requirements
- F7 or above with at least 2 years working experience, customer services experience is a plus;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Excel, Words and Chinese word processing, SAP experience is a plus;
- A proactive and positive working attitude with strong teamwork spirit;
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills;
- Well organized, responsible, attentive to details and able to work on tight schedules;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
