Temporary Office Assistant (Administration) - OA Services Unit

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Handling indoor and outdoor delivery of document, publication and miscellaneous items
  • Carrying out photocopying, binding, shredding, disposal, postal, venue booking, press clipping, purchases, pantry and tea services
  • Assisting in reception of guests
  • Providing support to official functions, conferences, staff activities, fire drill, evacuation and other contingency exercises
  • Checking and reporting identified defects in office environment, decoration, office plants, furniture and office equipment
  • Supervising the contractors in various fitting-out, renovation, cleaning, replenishment and maintenance works as well as venue setup and reinstatement
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks during banquet and catering events, and handling related venue setup, reinstatement and cleaning of utensils
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors 
Requirements:
  • Form 3 standard
  • Fluent Cantonese; appropriate command of English and Putonghua
  • Good physique
  • Outdoor duties and overtime works are required
  • Experience in pantry, catering and hospitality services or holders of valid first-aid certificate will be an advantage
