Work closely with internal and external Customer and Supplier management to ensure that Supply Chain requirements are understood, provide recommendations for solution and lead the implementation.
Develop logistical and Supply chain solutions to operate successfully considering customer and supplier requirements, service levels and cost.
Work closely with the Global Logistics Organisation to ensure current and future needs, as well as develop good understanding of the company strategy for Logistics centres and Freight for the program to benefit from these.
Develop and implement Service Level Agreement and manage regular performance reviews with the Logistical Hubs.
Be the escalation point towards internal and/ or external parties involved in the supply chain and logistical flow as required.
Requirements:
Degree in supply chain / logistics management or equivalent
Excellent supply chain and logistical knowledge.
7 years of experienced with transportation, freight and customs processes to/ in Asia, preferably global experience.
Strongly customer oriented with customer service background.
Strong drive for results and achievement of targets.
Very good in building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment.
Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment
