Our client is a Logistics Company.
Responsibilities:
- Handling full set of accounts, manage accounting operation, bookkeeping, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently.
- Provide supports for management reports and group reporting.
- Responsible to prepare invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt.
- Arrange cheque payment and collection.
- Handling the record of miscellaneous charges.
- Handling small claims if any.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 with LCC intermediate or above.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Peachtree or other accounting applications is an advantage.
- Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing.
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivate, good interpersonal skill, independent with strong sense of responsibility.
- Immediate available is preferred.
