Consultant (Recruitment and Payroll)
Responsibilities:
- Key recruitment components include: searching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and lead generation;
- Develop marketing plans and organise visits with potential clients to promote our payroll and recruitment services;
- Account servicing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates;
- Handle and follow up on client enquiries to develop new sales leads and help to achieve sales goals;
- Develop the business by identifying new opportunities and key clients;
- Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2 year or above working experience in Sales & Marketing/Customer Service preferable;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
- Strong client servicing values;
- Immediate Available is preferable;
- Location: Wanchai (5 days).
