Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to senior executives in the HR & Legal Department;
- Assist for the documentation of statutory filings (e.g. uploading announcements to websites of HKEx and the Company);
- Maintain proper and relevant filing system;
- Arrangements on flight, hotel accommodation & transportation for Board of Directors;
- Provide logistic support for directors and internal meetings;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Student member of HKICS / ICSA;
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience gained in sizable firm preferred;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Familiar with PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate available is preferred.
