Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) (Team 1 - Building & OA Services Unit)
Responsibilities:
General clerical, filing and administrative duties
To handle building, transport and pantry services
To assign duties and supervise the works of Office Assistants
To liaise with building managers and contractors on related issues
To seek quotations and prepare procurement applications
To handle indoor and outdoor delivery of document, publication and miscellaneous items
To supervise the contractors in various fitting-out, renovation, cleaning, replenishment and maintenance works
Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
One year’s relevant experience preferred
Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and independently
Willing to work overtime (including weekends and holidays) when required
