Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day professional secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Compile proposals, minutes, qualitative reports and prepare presentation materials
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and smooth operation
Liaise and coordinate CEO meetings/appointment, travel schedule, etc.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in business management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years executive secretarial or personal assistant support experience to senior management.
Well organized, high accuracy, details minded, willing to work under pressure and meet with tight deadline
Willing to learn, mature, highly independent, self-motivated and result-oriented
Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
