Executive Secretary (HR & Admin)

Our client is a leading Distribution of quality electrical appliances and hi-tech products Company.

Executive Secretary 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to senior management e.g. minutes taking, correspondences, filing, enquiries and phone calls
  • Handle HR matters including recruitment & selection, attendance, company events, driver’s roster;
  • Handle office administration work e.g. phone & security system, seat plans, complaints
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or with formal secretarial training
  • Min. 10 years relevant secretary and office administration working experience
  • Strong communication skill, good Chinese and English language and Putonghua
  • Work independently; good judgment and highly effective and efficient person
  • High secretarial skill, high integrity, pro-active, self-driven, detail-oriented, well organized in multi-tasked environment and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese words input, mail merge, etc
