Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to senior management e.g. minutes taking, correspondences, filing, enquiries and phone calls
Handle HR matters including recruitment & selection, attendance, company events, driver’s roster;
Handle office administration work e.g. phone & security system, seat plans, complaints
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or with formal secretarial training
Min. 10 years relevant secretary and office administration working experience
Strong communication skill, good Chinese and English language and Putonghua
Work independently; good judgment and highly effective and efficient person
High secretarial skill, high integrity, pro-active, self-driven, detail-oriented, well organized in multi-tasked environment and strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese words input, mail merge, etc
