Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day end user technical support & handle user requests.
- Accountable for troubleshoot all end-user computer and network problems.
- Assisting network infrastructure team to deploy & upgrade applications / patches to all end user computers. Plan and conduct testing of the office applications and systems.
- Maintenance of all hardware and software inventory.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years IT user support experience.
- Solid experience in helpdesk support, virus and Spam control, notebook / desktop pc disaster recovery and data migration.
- Willing to learn new technology.
- Able to prioritise workload base on urgency and importance.
- Work Independently and self-motivated.
