Sales Admin Assistant (12-month renewable contract)

Wanchai, Hong Kong
Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Sales Admin
 
Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide information related to sales channels
  • Reach out relevant channels for related business information
  • Assist in the preparation of new product launch
  • Preform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above or equivalent qualifications
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferable in wholesales 
  • Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good communication skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially knowledge in MS Excel for data analysis
