Our client is a leading Distributor of electronic components, In order to cope with the fast pace of development, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:
 
Provide quality helpdesk support to in-house users and subsidiaries member
Standard Procedure and Deskside documentation updating
To test and evaluate new/enhanced versions of software/hardware
To assist in project work to upgrade or implement new systems
 
Requirements:
 
Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related fields
1 - 2 years IT support experience
Knowledge in network, PC Hardware and Software (MS Office and Windows) are must
Holder of ITIL, MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
Hands-on experience in Juniper, Cisco, F5, HP Blade, Cloud migration is an advantage
Able to work independently and under high pressure
Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Fresh Graduate will also welcome
