Customer Service Representative

Responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hour hotline to handle all their enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing, as well we to solve their problems and complaints.

Requirements:
Post-secondary education
More than 1 year customer service experience
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Customer-focus with good telephone manner
Good interpesonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
