Product Manager, Content and Service

Responsibilities 

 

 

•  Plan and manage the operation of Galaxy Store and related business to ensure the service level and align with business goal

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the local market for mobile apps and service

•  

• Define and prioritize the project technical requirements, contents and timeline to accommodate local consumer behaviors and business objectives

• Plan and execute the promotion plan and activities for Galaxy store apps and service to achieve the business target for revenue and other KPIs

• Liaise, communicate and report to headquarter office to update and maintain the operation of Galaxy store, and adapt company strategy to local operations

• Identify local business opportunity for mobile apps and liaise with local mobile apps and service vendors to ensure successful launch the apps and service projects at Galaxy Store or other business platform

• Closely collaborate with device product marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to support device sales and promotion

• Support daily operation of Galaxy Store include system maintenance and development, contents updates

 Requirements 

 

 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related disciplines

• 5 years of experience in mobile apps development, mobile apps services or related field, with proven experience in leading the mobile apps projects 

• Strong mobile apps programming skills and knowledge with solid understandings of mobile apps development process

• Good project management skills and able to work independently to deliver the business result

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience in mobile gaming or other mobile content service is a plus

• Proficient in English and Chinese is required

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
