Rm 2702 Block 1 Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road · Human ResourcesOur client is a one of the Famous Japanese Trading Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Clerk (HR & Admin) to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Assist in organize training sessions and employee development programs
-
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
-
Support compliance with labour laws and company policies
-
Coordinate employee engagement activities
-
Handle work visa of secondment staff from headquarters
-
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for guests and VIP
-
Handling general office administration tasks, including order management, inventory control and facilities management
-
Handle communications with IT vendor and service providers
-
Maintain inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle
-
Assist in maintaining and organizing IT development, licenses, and warranties
-
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
-
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources and office administrative work preferred
-
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
-
A good team leader with positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
