Receptionist

Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and mails and managing conference room reservations etc.
  • Coordinate with office assistants on daily mails and courier services and arrange company car schedule
  • Manage the reception area and conference rooms to ensure they are clean and tidy
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team on various activities, procurement of stationery and maintenance of office equipment etc
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above, with English and Chinese subjects passed (Grade E /Level 2)
  • Prior experience in reception duties, customer services or office administration function is preferred.
  • Presentable, well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and great sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
