Contract Staff (Admin Officer)

Our client is one of the leading life insurance companies in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking an Admin Officer to join their team.

Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin and clerical duties, e.g. data entry, filing, maintaining filing system, logistic arrangements, etc.
  • Act as a Receptionist when require
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years of admin and receptionist experience
  • Good knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage
