Product Manager, Samsung Care+

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Product Manager, Samsung Care+
 
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy for Samsung Care+, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and customer expectations
  • Develop new and enhance existing customer satisfactions and loyalty programs, facilitate cross brand collaborations to uplift customers satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Develop and manage the product details, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business priorities
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support team to ensure product sales, satisfaction and ongoing improvements
  • Work with external parties to develop and facilitate the Samsung Care+ and sell out platforms in financial and business model perspective
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the Samsung Care+ program and other sell out platform
  • Ensure the product complies with relevant local regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer service or related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in product management or customer relationship management, preferably in the technology, telecom or consumer electronics industry
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product features
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration to achieve common goals
  • Experience with subscription-based services or protection plans, customer relationship and service are a plus
  • Proficient in English and Chinese is required
