Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Business Operation and Planning to join their team.
Assistant Manager, Business Operation and Planning
Responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy to improve the SCM/Operation KPI assign by management team and prepare the execution plan to measure/monitor/improvement suggestion against the KPI target (WOS/Aging/Sales Bias/AP1&2 sync rate/SO forecast accuracy
- Adopt the company SCM methodology to create the tactical activities for stock forecasting, inventory control, aging risk highlighting and shipment coordination
- Assist management in budget planning and ROI analyzing and evaluation
- Assist management team with special project data collection and co-ordination
- Conduct market data research and provide insights from the data.
- Prepare comparison table for forecast number against target and execution plan
- Monitor & Analyse the trend of sell-in/sell-out and highlight any abnormal trend PM and sales for operations improvement
Requirements:
- Experience which can work with team to complete the required task in definite timeline
- Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines
- Demonstrates organizational, planning, and execution skill
- Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediately available will be an advantage
