Our client is a Leading Financial Institution.
 
Senior Receptionist / Receptionist - Planning and Administration, Corporate Affairs
 
Responsibilities:
  • To handle phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant division/department according to standard procedures
  • To answer the telephone in a positive, courteous, and professional manner
  • To greet visitors, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • To manage the allocation of visitor access passes
  • To handle incoming mails and maintain proper records of all incoming documents and packages
  • To handle the booking requests of meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up with necessary supplies
  • To provide support on the planning and delivery of various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and activities of the Staff Activities Club (SAC)
  • To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in  sizeable corporations
  • Candidates with experience in customer service and in dealing with difficult customers are preferred
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset
  • Professional, presentable, and courteous demeanour
  • Strong supervision and team leading skills
  • Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prepare to work shift hours
