Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel long products in Australia, they are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting entries
- Prepare daily bank book and bank reconciliations
- Process payment via internet banking and by cheques
- Prepare account breakdowns and reconciliations
- Assist in month end closing process
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- LCCI higher or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, experienced in ERP system is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, well organized, responsible and a good team player
- Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
