Accounts Clerk

Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel long products in Australia, they are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting entries
  • Prepare daily bank book and bank reconciliations
  • Process payment via internet banking and by cheques
  • Prepare account breakdowns and reconciliations
  • Assist in month end closing process
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • LCCI higher or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word, experienced in ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, well organized, responsible and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
