Officer, Talent
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as sharing sessions, engagement events & visits, recruitment fairs, offsite meeting etc.
- Provide administrative support for the dynamic team projects and initiatives
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat from the Talent Pool Platform users in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive user experience for the talent pool platform
- Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines, higher diploma holder will also be considered.
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, candidate with customer service or technical support experience will have an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
