Our client is a Leading Financial Institution.

Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) Corporate Sustainability Unit (Team 1C)
 
Duties:
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics support for sustainability-related initiatives, business seminars and meetings
  • Support the team in liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain filing records and supplier database
  • Handle general administrative work
  • Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience preferred
  • Versed with accounting / mathematics. Fluent Cantonese; and good command of English and Chinese
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
