Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) Corporate Sustainability Unit (Team 1C)
Duties:
- Assist in the coordination and logistics support for sustainability-related initiatives, business seminars and meetings
- Support the team in liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts
- Maintain filing records and supplier database
- Handle general administrative work
- Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- At least 1 year's relevant experience preferred
- Versed with accounting / mathematics. Fluent Cantonese; and good command of English and Chinese
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
