Temporary Assistant Officer (Communications - Education & Publicity)

Responsibilities:

To conduct market research, handle procurement, and assist in the production and promotion of different public education campaigns
To play a significant role in project management for different public education campaigns and community engagements initiatives, in particular to:
o liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the event and logistic arrangement for community engagement initiatives; and
o monitor, manage and replenish the inventory and administer the storage arrangement for the educational tools and marketing collaterals developed for public education and community engagement initiatives
To provide administrative and logistic support to the team
To undertake secretarial duties
To perform ah-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

University degree preferable
Two-year relevant experience preferred
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
Proven experience in project management, particularly in event and activity organisation and publicity material development, and capability in making decisions independently are advantages
Social media savvy, experience in social media is an advantage
Knowledge of graphic design, video shooting and editing, animation production and photo retouching preferred
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred
Good command of English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
