Senior Officer, Corporate Secretariat
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare Board/Committee meetings, including, the coordination of date and time of meetings with all relevant Board members.
- Draft meeting agenda, papers, minutes and resolutions.
- Assist in the processing and settlement of legal and secretariat services bills.
- Update and maintain statutory filings and corporate records of HKSTP subsidiary companies.
- Handle and address enquiries from colleagues regarding corporate secretariat matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Language, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the aforementioned responsibilities will be given priority consideration.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
