Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
CRM Manager / Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Support Senior CRM Manager to design and implement mobile device and consumer electronics team CRM Direct To Consumer (DtC) marketing strategy, focusing on customer retention & reactivation within our customer base
- Develop a personalized customer centric communication upgrade and retention plans across all available channels, including eDM, Push, SMS/MMS and APP
- Analyze customer lifecycles of different product ownerships and develop measurable marketing strategies to improve personalized customer engagement and conversion over the customer lifetime
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and be the CRM go-to-person on the formulation of customer journeys and campaign planning
- Work with CRM agency on communications planning and execution, including content scheduling and development, testing plans and performance reporting
- Support in developing campaign reports for internal as well as deriving actionable insights based on customer base analysis
- Manage the development and maintenance of the CRM database and platform to serve the growth and needs of CRM function across all direct-to-consumer engagement points (e.g. Ensuring data hygiene, analytics, segmentation and customer insight)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business and related discipline
- 5 years prior experience in launching CRM related lifecycle and retention campaigns with proven track record in managing and analyzing customer data
- Good knowledge in data-driven digital marketing across creative, media & technology is preferred
- Highly organized and detail minded. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead, manage and gain alignment across a complex, matrixed organization
- Internet & technology savvy is preferred with solid understanding of digital trends and best marketing practices
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills is a must
