Our client is a leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
 
Temporary Assistant Officer (Administration) Team 1A

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workplace
  • Provide reception duties, including greeting and directing visitors
  • Arrange for the dispatch of incoming mails or documents received at the reception counter
  • Answer and refer telephone enquiries
  • Coordinate with contractors and the building manager on office and equipment maintenance, as well as security and building services
  • Provide support for events and meetings
  • Handle enquiries regarding event set up and related building services
  • Assist with office fitting-out and enhancement projects
  • Perform documentation duties such as filing and data entry
  • Undertake duties as assigned by supervisors
     
Requirements:
  • A university degree or equivalent is preferred
  • At least one year’s solid working experience in handling administrative duties
  • Mature and responsible
  • Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Willing to work on Saturdays and overtime when required
