Our client is a leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Assistant Officer (Administration) Team 1A
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient workplace
- Provide reception duties, including greeting and directing visitors
- Arrange for the dispatch of incoming mails or documents received at the reception counter
- Answer and refer telephone enquiries
- Coordinate with contractors and the building manager on office and equipment maintenance, as well as security and building services
- Provide support for events and meetings
- Handle enquiries regarding event set up and related building services
- Assist with office fitting-out and enhancement projects
- Perform documentation duties such as filing and data entry
- Undertake duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent is preferred
- At least one year’s solid working experience in handling administrative duties
- Mature and responsible
- Excellent service delivery skills and high level of responsiveness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
- Willing to work on Saturdays and overtime when required
