Our client is a leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Assistant Officer (Administration) Team 1
Responsibilities:
- To handle transport services, including arranging pool car booking, insurance and maintenance for vehicles and carpark management
- To liaise with building managers and contractors on building management issues
- To assist in the provision of security guarding service
- To supervise and assign office assistant services to support daily office operation, including the provision of pantry services for meeting, despatching documents, supervising contractor to carry out various fitting-out, and maintenance works etc.
- To seek quotations and prepare procurement applications
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- University degree preferred
- One year’s relevant experience preferred
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to work overtime (including weekends and holidays) when required
