IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT Projects for Partnership team and serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship
  • Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables; Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration
  • Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
  • Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and communicating routinely with both IT team, internal users and senior management
  • Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
  • Proactively support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary 
  • Analyze operational matrix, Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
  • Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
  • Perform any tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
  • Min. 8 years or above working experience. Involvement and knowledge in design, development, testing, project management and system release in Sitecore, MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge in C#, Low/No code, Azure Cloud, Open AI and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage
  • Team player who prioritizes team success over individual success
  • Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
