Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.
Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Execute related software tests, and report problems via the defect tracking system
- Work closely with software development teams during the software development process
- Analyse, research, and track software defects through their resolution
- Monitor and report on testing progress and results
- Analyse test results and prepare test summary reports
- Create test plan, execute test cases and maintain technical documents
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in operations and user acceptance test planning in insurance industry, preferably in core life administration system testing;
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques;
- Self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule;
- Strong logical and systematic mindset, and able to drive new initiatives on process;
- Team player, responsible, self-motivated and able to accomplish deadlines; and
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
