Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Senior Retail Marketing Manager
 
Responsibilities:
  • Overall management of retail marketing on consumer electronics products
  • Develop retail display and visual merchandising strategy to maximize brand exposure and sell-out efficiency
  • Identify in store branding opportunity with retailers and advise for win-win promotion strategy
  • Analyze in store operation performance and make recommendation to drive sales
  • On-going monitoring of competitors and retail trends, and apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience
  • Work with agencies on developing brand fixture and POSM as well as driving execution excellence
  • Delivering outstanding design themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, POSM and pricing concepts to uphold customer experience and to drive sales and stimulate store traffic
  • Ensuring execution excellence to meet assigned budgets, schedule and operations requirements
  • Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines
  • Seeking feedback on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in consumer electronics, technology product, retail or FMCG field
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skill and attentive to details
  • Well organized with high level of initiative
