Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire talent acquisition cycle such as sourcing and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, proposing job offers, contract preparation and onboarding for new hires at mid to junior levels
Work closely with designated divisions and provide HR services and advices in a professional manner
Assist and able to contribute ideas on work process review for operational efficiency
Provide support on HR daily operations in other areas such as Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS when needed
Participate and support in other HR/Talent initiatives and projects when required; and
Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines or equivalent
With at least 5 years’ work experience, preferably in HR administration
Work experience in sizable public/private organization is an added advantage
Self-starter, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong sense of responsibility with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
