Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer feedback
- Resolve customer complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal customer
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- Experience in customer service or related sector preferred
- Strong communication or negotiation skill
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
