Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily customer feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal customer
Requirements:
  • HKDSE or above
  • Experience in customer service or related sector preferred
  • Strong communication or negotiation skill
  • Hardworking and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
