Office Administrator

Our client is a regulated web 3.0 enterprise software provider and blockchain educator. They are currently seeking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative supports including office supplies management, supervising the general operation of the office, managing workplace and equipment, etc.
  • Create and organise legal and internal documents
  • Performing general financial duties such as payroll management, bookkeeping, and invoicing
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure the smooth execution of various tasks 
  • Provide the option of flexible working hours and the ability to work in-person or remotely


Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration
  • Knowledge in Figma, Notion, HTML, CSS, JS and Bootstrap is a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
